People saved from the brink of death by the one-minute cure..

The one-minute cure was given to 50 patients who came to the clinic suffering from AIDS or the HIV virus.  Thirty of them went into immediate remission and the rest reported an increase in energy and a sense of well-being. This success rate is *unheard of* in the medical and pharmaceutical world where AIDS is still considered incurable!  Dr. Moriarty went on to say that whenever the one-minute cure is administered into the community, “People come back to life. It blows my mind!” Because you watched the One-Minute Cancer Cure video, you probably know someone who’s battling cancer, or may even be at the brink of death.  Or maybe you’ve always feared that you or someone you care about may one day be at that hopeless, irreversible or terminal phase of a disease. The one-minute cure may very well be the secret to bringing any sick person you know “back to life.” That sick person may even be yourself. Let me ask you a question: How would you FEEL if a sick person you know took a turn for the worse — or even died — when you could’ve shared the one-minute cure that might have healed them or even saved their life? You can prevent this from happening by giving the gift of “The One-Minute Cure” not only to yourself but everyone you care about.  How many people do you know who are presently battling disease, at the brink of death — or don’t have health insurance to cover their health conditions? What kind of difference could you make in their lives if you gave them this book? Don’t forget that “The One-Minute Cure” is not just for people with incurable or life-threatening diseases like AIDS, cancer and heart disease. It’s also effective for everyday diseases like the flu and the common cold. There hasn’t been a single incidence of the flu or cold in my family ever since we’ve been using this one-minute therapy. For this reason alone, owning “The One-Minute Cure” is well worth its price.  For less than the price of a single flu shot at a doctor’s office (which costs $35 to $45 these days), you and your family could be immune not only from the flu, but from virtually all diseases! The one-minute cure is also the best thing you can do to PREVENT yourself from getting all diseases characterized by viruses, harmful bacteria, toxins and pathogens because it brings your body to a state in which it’s uninhabitable by these disease microorganisms. But you must act quickly if you want to gain access to the one-minute cure because even as we speak, enterprises, cartels and agencies are conspiring to force this book out of circulation because it threatens their trillion-dollar earnings. Go to:    http://scrnch.me/82ya4 …and get your copy now while you still can and discover the following: * 7 major reasons why this simple therapy is being called “the world’s greatest healing miracle of all time” — and why it could potentially render most pharmaceutical drugs and medical treatments obsolete — see pages 33-36 * How you can self-administer this simple therapy at home in 1 minute — this includes the exact protocol and the sources where you can obtain the natural oxygenating substance which is the cornerstone of this therapy. (Note: This natural substance has been given the GRAS designation – Generally Recognized As Safe — by the FDA, and costs only 1? cents a day to administer!) — see pages 75-79 * The promising breakthroughs currently being made in the use of this substance in the prevention, treatment and cure of Alzheimer’s Disease and dementia — see page 95 * Why a prominent doctor who once taught gum surgery thinks this simple therapy may make all periodontal surgery totally unnecessary — see page 66 * How alcoholics can use this therapy to lose their craving for alcohol — and how, with constant use, the desire for alcohol never returns. — see page 67 * How the ability of this natural substance to revitalize healthy cells caused a world-famous heart surgeon to use it to slow down the aging process. Also featured are case studies showing how the therapy enabled older users to reverse the detrimental effects of aging, regain energy and mobility — and even turn gray hair back to its original color — see page 91 Go to:   http://scrnch.me/82ya4 now to discover all of this and more.Wishing you health and well-being,I thank you for taking the time to read this short report. Our Bodies Demand Protein

A lack of protein in our diet can result in a weak immune system, slow your growth if you are still growing, and potentially weaken the heart and respiratory system. It is essential for our health and well being.Protein gives us the ‘get up and go’ that we need each morning. Our bodies need a good source of protein to maintain our cells, tissues and organs. During digestion, protein is broken down into the 20 amino acids that are the basic building blocks our body requires.Depending on which Amino acids that link together, protein molecules form muscles, hormones, enzymes and many other tissues. There are two types of amino acids:Non essential – i.e. can be made by the bodyEssential – i.e. cannot be made by the body and need to be sourced from food. There are nine ‘essential’ amino acids. There are also two types of protein, animal and plant. Animal protein contains all the ‘essential’ amino acids and can be got from eggs, fish, meat, poultry and dairy. Oily fish, such as trout or salmon are great examples.Protein from plants contains many amino acids but not all the ‘essential’ amino acids. So, green vegetables, beans, pulses, cereal, grain, nuts etc. To obtain all the amino acids you need to eat a variety of these. The Institute of Medicine recommends that adults get a minimum of 0.8 grams of protein for every kilogram of body weight per day. The source of protein be it animal or vegetable, should have the same effect on your health. On average we should aim for 55g for men and 45g for women. Some examples:A 6 ounce steak is a great source of protein. Theoretically 38 grams worth. But it also has a high fat content of 44 grams. 16 of those are saturated fat, that’s three quarters of the recommended fat intake. So remove as much of the fat as possible before cooking.A 6 ounce Salmon will provide about 34 grams of protein, with 18 grams of fat, but only 4 grams of which are saturated fats.Try cooking some lentils – a cup has around 18 grams of protein but less than 1 gram of fat.A skinless chicken breast has about 40g of proteinSo when focusing on protein, also look at the fat content. The best animal source will always be poultry; chicken, turkey etc, or fish. With red meat remove the excess fat and do not eat large portions.Beans are a fantastic source of protein, also nuts (unsalted). Soya products are also good like Tofu and vegetable mince. Try some seeds like sunflower or pumpkin. Pulses are also good, e.g. lentils, chick peas and various beans like broad, butter and black-eyed.Dairy too is a good source, plus also a rich source of calcium. But choose non-fat or low fat products.

How Dieting Can Make You Unhealthy

Dieting to lose weight is simply not the way to go if you want to maintain your health and it is especially not the way to go if you are trying to recover from an illness.  You can do yourself more harm than good if you put yourself on any kind of calorie restricted food regimen.

First off the very nature of being on a diet is that you are deprived of the calories and nutrition that you would normally be taking in if you were not overweight.  This means that you are running your brain and body on less fuel than usual.  The result is that you can expect your physique to be a little less efficient because you simply are “running on empty.”

When your body is “running on empty” there are a number of consequences. First of all you may feel quite tired and like you can’t get through the day. This is especially true if you also quit fattening caffeinated drinks like coke and coffee as well. Many people also feel foggy and dull and like they can’t focus. This is because their brain may not be getting the sugar that it is used to in order to function.  The result of being deprived caffeine and sugar is withdrawal. Many people become moody and cranky. This side effect of dieting can become so bad that some have to leave work or feel that they cannot get out of bed in the morning.

Yet another consequence of the food deprivation associated with dieting is a lowered immune system. You may simply be more vulnerable to catching a virus because your body does not have the energy it needs to fight problems off. If you are already sick then dieting is not a good idea. Although some diets are cleansing they should only be used for the short term and under a doctor’s strict supervision. Diets that restrict what kind of foods you eat are also not a good idea if you are recovering from an illness as the vitamins and minerals that you will need to heal are found across a broad spectrum of foods.

Ironically dieting can also cause weight gain simply because food deprivation gives your body the message that there is a food shortage. Your brain tells your body to pile on the fat and save it in reserves so that you can live on it despite the lack of food resources.

How to Use the Breath to Transform Pain, Stress and Anxiety

Breathing is something we do automatically. But, did you know that most people only use 20% of their breathing capacity (10% of their brain capacity, and who knows how much of their heart capacity)? How can you access the other 80% – and have fun doing so?

Improved breathing capacity can:

· Strengthen your immune system

· Increase metabolic rate (which can help with weight loss)

· Equalize blood pressure

· Cleanse your body of waste materials

· Allow your body to use oxygen more efficiently to improve health

· Calm and steady your mind

· Increase lung capacity

· Provide your brain with more oxygen, improving concentration and emotional balance

All of us experience stress, fear and anxiety from the challenges we face – whether we are dealing with pain, loss, illness, or adversity. Our bodies tighten, our minds become frozen with fear, and the anxiety makes us want to flee. Learning and practicing breathing skills can make a dramatic difference in the quality of our lives.

Sometimes we have to touch the edge of the unknown to create art, go into the deep end of ourselves to generate more happiness, and recycle our own pain to make love real.

Pain, stress, and anxiety – the nemesis of happiness – are feelings you can count on encountering on a daily basis. But, people deal with them in different ways. Some are good at enduring it, others freak out at the mention of it, and some are oblivious to it and deny it altogether. Another word for pain, stress and anxiety is suffering. Suffering is very unpopular in our culture, although it’s been around forever. Suffering is a downer – especially mental or emotional suffering. It makes one seem weak and too vulnerable in a culture where everyone wants to look good. People have no patience for it. No one wants to be around a depressed person.

‘Coming out’ with depression is big now; it is akin to coming out as being gay in the 70’s. One reason coming out about depression is so popular is because it has hit the mainstream. It’s one thing when your children, parents, best friend, spouse or co-worker are depressed. But, when your favorite celebrity reveals that he felt suicidal while making his last movie, or that she is now taking prescribed medication because she wanted to drive her car into a wall and kill her children due to post partum depression – now, you know it is acceptable to admit to having depression.

By the same token, there is an increased understanding and appreciation in our über-connected world of how cultural differences can influence our ability to endure and express our pain. Terror and violence are misdirected and extreme expressions of pain. This suffering, coupled with feelings of alienation and disrespect, can induce a person go off the deep end and create destruction and more pain.

No one – not the celebrity with the million-dollar paycheck, not the terrorist whose anger flares under impoverished conditions, not the commuter who seethes when someone cuts him off in traffic – is immune to the daily suffering of being human.

Always, there were two things I loved and hated about life: I loved joy and hated emotional pain. I am someone who – without joy – is good for nothing. I thrive on the simple pleasure of being alive which comes for no reason, other than breathing, and which I have learned to appreciate more than anything in life. If this joy in not accessible to me I lose my reason for being. This is especially true if it is accompanied by the pain of depression: a combination of dread, unrelenting worrying, despair and unstoppable anxiety.

I have been around the block with a variety of approaches to depression – both mainstream and alternative – and different things worked and didn’t work for me at different times. But nothing has been more thrilling in its simplicity and accessibility than the discovery of the breath.

I was already a spiritual teacher and meditation practitioner for 20 years when I had a severe episode of depression in 2003. This one didn’t respond to anything I did before that had worked, including anti-depressing medication and three E.C.T treatments.

I was at my wits end when I met an integrative psycho-pharmacologist who prescribed a yogic breathing technique called Sudarshan-kriya. Within one month of practicing this technique I was free of depression, back to my jovial self.

What transpired over the past four years since this recovery is miraculous in and of itself. While continuing to practice the breathing technique on a daily basis, and teaching it to my students and clients, mindful breathing has taken on a life of its own. It became integrated into my spiritual practice as the main focus: reconnecting to Being and the cultivation of Presence.

I learned to use the breath to fill the hurtful cracks of my ego with love and spaciousness. I have discovered that my suffering stems from cracks in my egoic pain-body, and nothing is more compassionate, more responsible and more healing than to recycle my pain with love through using the breath and grounding it in my body. When I ‘drop’ from the head, breathe from the core, and am in a more grounded state, I am able to investigate my thoughts and find the clarity that I otherwise have no access to. It is also creative and fun. I often find myself dancing with joy at the miracle of being alive.

When an unexpected life event happens – the loss of a loved one, a decline of health, the breakup of a relationship– it can challenge, provoke, and trigger us out of the flow of the present. We tend to either shut down or suppress the fear and hurt that come up, or overreact and act out. We often feel stuck, not knowing what to do, how to contain the pain or how to move through the fear. When we identify ourselves with the circumstances of our lives, we tend to lose our authenticity.

All this and more came up for me with a painful breakup that happened four months ago. While noticing and trying to befriend the different feelings and thoughts that have been unfolding on a daily basis (rage, guilt, shame, despair), I have made it my business to be open, breathe and fill the racks and bruises of my ego with love, and permeate them with spaciousness, which have turned this process into an empowering and graceful cultivation of presence. Oddly, while feeling residual waves of grief and pain, I feel happier with myself.

Presence is spiritual intelligence, the intelligence of life. It is the wisdom of Being,

which can be accessed only in the present moment. To access spiritual intelligence you have to be out of the ego. Away from the story, explanation and thinking the mind makes up about why things happen. Rather, you are in the question: “What is life teaching me here?” “What can I learn from this?” “How can I open to love now?” Surrender the question to the breath and let it go. Then, when the time is right – and when you least expect it – you receive an answer you can’t even fathom now.

So, how can you deal with the anxiety of the unexpected and the pain of the unknown? You could take a conscious breath, notice your reaction, accept it and let it go – making love real. You can take care of yourself rather than attach to the helpless victim position and get depressed. You can let life happen through you rather than to you. You can become a HUman BrEathINg and transform your challenging experience into presence, spaciousness and love. But in order to that, you have to become skillful at noticing your stress, fear and hurt, learn to access your breath and ground it at your core, accept your anxious thoughts and feelings and let them go. These are some of the most powerful skills you can learn, and that you can utilize under any circumstances and conditions. You learn to calm your world and source your life from its presence. When you become a human breathing rather than a human thinking, you lighten up, you become clearer, you have more fun, more creativity and more vitality.

You can also reverse the aging process. Not that your body doesn’t age, but your spirit becomes stronger and more resilient because you carry less weight, less baggage. You become who you have always wanted to be in the future – now.

Can you imagine being comfortable in your skin, accepting and loving who you are and becoming responsible to your life regardless of your circumstances or conditions? Can you imagine that you are an integral part of a universal intelligence that lives and manifests itself through you, and that you have the spiritual intelligence to manifest your needs and become in tune with the rhythm of this intelligence – simply by accepting your Being and letting go of your ego’s inner resistance?

When I watch a program on the suffering in Darfour, or when I am around a person who is going through a great deal of challenges in their lives, or when I see something that is disturbing and that in the past I wanted to run away from so that I wouldn’t have to ‘go there’ or have guilt about, I breathe and connect my breath to the situation, to the people and to their suffering. I do the same thing when I want to partake in someone’s joy or success. It beats envy, pity and competitiveness. I feel that through the breath I connect to the oneness of life of which we are all a part. The breath is not a solution – it is a way. A way to connect to source, create happiness and make love real, regardless of circumstances or conditions.

Fighting Fatigue

Fighting Fatigue

       by Sandy Powers

My daughter was complaining how tired she is.  Kay is in her middle thirties and had just started a new job in Human Resources.

“I am so tired, “she sighed.  “I’m dragging through the day.  I’m exhausted when I get home from work, I feel like going straight to bed, but when I do, I can’t really sleep.  I must be coming down with something.”

“How long have you felt like this,” I asked.

“A couple of weeks,” she answered.

“Well, I think if you were ‘going to come down with something,’ you would have already,” I explained.

Kay’s new job was causing her extra stress.  The extra stress was depleting her energy level which could actually end up making her sick.  She was not sleeping well, even though she was exhausted.  Time to take stock, I told her.

The first priority is to manage the stress.  Great stress releasers are exercise and meditation.  Too tired to exercise?  Even walking?  Then begin with meditation.

Meditation:  Once a day for 20 minutes, sit in a restful spot—alone.  No telephone, no television, no sound distractions.  Close the blinds, turn off the bright lights, put your feet up and close your eyes.  Picture a restful scene like the beach, the waves of the ocean, the soft rain drops.  Many people, like me, choose a mantra, a word or sound with no meaning, to think about when meditating.  After the 20 minutes are up—keep a clock nearby —slowly begin coming out of your restful state.  Wiggle your toes and fingers before opening your eyes.  Take another few minutes before you get up.  Meditate any time of the day that is convenient for you, but do it everyday at the same time, if possible.  My daughter meditates just before she goes to bed.  It helps her to fall asleep.  I meditate around noon.  It rejuvenates me. Give meditation time.   Meditation is a healer of the mind.

Food:   Think about the foods you eat. Certain foods are fatigue fighters like Protein and Complex Carbohydrates.  Good examples are beans, nuts, whole grains, and, yes, some red meat.   Garlic, onions, and artichokes help fight fatigue and also are immune boosters.  If you make these foods organic, you will gain extra fatigue fighters.

Sunlight for the finale.  Sunlight can aid bone health, immune function, and help regulate blood pressure.  As a breast cancer survivor, I make a point to get 20 minutes a day of sunlight without sunscreen to optimize my absorption of Vitamin D.  Studies have shown Vitamin D can help fight cancer and a host of other problems.  A 20 minute walk during daylight will help you eliminate fatigue.

Meditation, certain foods, and sunlight help your mind and body conquer fatigue.  They work.  Give them a try.

Itp – Foods That Help a Low Platelet Count

If you have a low platelet count, either from Idiopathic thrombocytopenic Purpura (ITP) or some other immune system disease, please consider what it is that you are eating.

Besides being aware of all the foods that you should not eat, surprisingly there are some wonderful super foods available which can surely help if you have a low platelet count.

First you should eliminate from your diet all foods that act as irritants to your system and which cause inflammation such as sugars, refined grains, saturated fats, fast foods, processed foods and sodas to mention a few. These common, but harmful foods will just aggravate a low platelet count.

Then you need to introduce an abundance of raw, fresh, preferably organic, healthy foods to your diet. There a many super foods available to assist with your ITP and low platelet count. These wonder foods will decrease inflammation and help your body heal, which in turn will increase platelets . I must stress though that just by eating these super foods to increase platelets, may not work as well as you would like if you don’t in fact eliminate completely all of the bad foods in your diet and also take into consideration any other contributing factors that may contribute to your low platelet count, such as a virus, parasites, acute allergies etc.

The following are some of the super foods that will help with your low platelet count.

All food that contains Omega 3’s – “the king of all fats” these include wild salmon, flax seed oil, cod liver oil. I found these especially useful in overcoming my daughter’s ITP disorder. Just why are these so super and why do they help with a low platelet count?  Omega-3  fatty acids, which are not produced by the body, reduce inflammation, improve circulation, increase your ratio of good to bad cholesterol, and may lesson the risk of cancer.

Omega-3’s definitely boost the immune system and will strengthen it and help build up low platelet levels.

Organically grown tomatoes – these nutrient powerhouses are jam packed with antioxidants such as lycopene not commonly found in may other foods, they are also loaded with vitamins and minerals such as potassium and vitamin c.

Berries – All berries, especially blueberries, just bursting with phytonutrients that neutralize free radicals (agents that cause inflammation in the body as well as aging and cellular damage), these tasty little morsels pack a punch when you are trying to build up your low platelet count.

I found that diet was a main contributing factor to my daughter Vivianna’s ITP blood disorder, and educating ourselves regarding proper foods to eat was crucial to her recovery.

Here’s The Secret For Staying Young!

Looking young for a long time is the goal of all of us and we will do almost anything to obtain those goals including going under the knife. But really going natural with the right foods is the key to success to staying young.

What’s the secret? Well its antioxidants. They are found everywhere including magazines, medical journals, hand creams and even supplement pills. So what are they and what do they do to make me look young?

Antioxidants are waging war against aging in this huge battle taking place in your body. The body does not produce them and so they must be ingested by eating the right foods that contain antioxidants.

Okay, to start off with the body is continually replenishing its cells. The body is constantly preparing damage, creating more cells which produce energy through what is called cellular metabolism. Free radicals a by-product of cellular metabolism are really unstable molecules.

Free radicals are unstable as they are missing an electron and so they can actually damage the body. There is theft going on when free radicals steel electrons from cells to become stable and this activity can cause damage to cells in a number of ways.

There are changes to our bodies both visible and invisible. Diseases like cancer, diabetes, arthritis can affect you as you age. Other problems come from brittle bones and thinner skin wrinkles. Free radicals come from outside sources as well such as cigarette smoke, radiation and UV rays. The damage is greater when we encounter more free radicals.

Antioxidants combine with free radicals neutralizing them so no more damage can be done so are very helpful in dealing with this problem. Scientists don’t know what daily dosage of antioxidants to take to win the battle over age related diseases, but they know that foods rich in antioxidants will greatly improve how we live and feel as we age.

Antioxidants are easy to find because they are all around us. Look in the nearest farmer’s market or in the produce aisle. Fruits and vegetables are the principle sources of antioxidants.

Examples of antioxidants include: * Vitamin C * Vitamin A * Vitamin E * Lutein * Lycopene * Beta-carotene

Other important ingredients (minerals) to help boost your immune system are zinc and selenium which although not antioxidants help fight against free radical damage.

Legumes, nuts, cold water fish, seafood and red meat all contain antioxidants. So to help reduce disease in your body you should eat the foods named plus a good variety of dried fruits and vegetables to increase the amount of antioxidants in your body. Try and stay away from juices as they contain sugar which is not needed by the body and eat fruits in their natural state as much as possible.

Food is a great essential we all need and it does more than quench our hunger. Natural substances in foods we eat help us to live longer, stay younger and free of disease as we all get older.

Eating the right foods boosts your immune system, metabolism and energy levels so that you can live an active healthy life.

Exercise on a regular basis to go with healthy eating can also help you to look and feel younger, more confident and full of energy so you can fight against the diseases that are most often the cause of hardship to all of us as we age.

Benefits of Yoga Breathing Exercises (Pranayama)

Yoga evolved in ancient India more than 4000 years back. The word “Yoga” originates from the Sanskrit language and means, to join or integrate, or simply union. The meaning of Yoga is union of the body, mind and spirit with truth. Yoga encompasses the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of life. The benefits of Yoga breathing (pranayama), Yoga postures or poses (asanas), and meditation (dhyana) are really and truly immense.

In spite of all its greatness and goodness though, Yoga was never practised on a large scale in India in the sense that the common people were not in its ambit. It is only in the last decade or so that Yoga has spread among the masses, thanks to Yoga Gurus like Baba Ramdev and literally tens of millions of people in India and elsewhere are coming within its fold and benefitting from it in a very real sense. You just speak with anyone who practises yoga and they will quickly extoll an endless list of its benefits and sing its praise. Housewives, businessmen, sportspeople, teenagers and the aged are all practising a variety of yoga asanas (postures), dhyana (meditation) and pranayama (breathing exercises). For many, yoga becomes a way of life – often giving a more spiritual side to their lives.

The modern world scenario with its stressful life and cut-throat competition is providing a very fertile ground for the growth and spread of Yoga. Medical practitioners always questioned the efficacy of Yoga, but now it is being prescribed even by doctors for health ailments and illnesses, as a stress reliever and to complement other fitness programs. There are numerous documented cases of yoga relieving or curing serious illnesses such as Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, heart disease, and respiratory illnesses like asthma, diabetes, bloodpressure, etc.

The sphere of Yoga is very very big. However, for the common man practising Yoga, the problem is of shortage of time because of which he cannot go into all aspects of Yoga. So two aspects become very important for him for good health, physical fitness, flexibility and mental relaxation, viz namely asanas (physical exercise) and pranayama (breathing exercises). Here, I will concentrate on Pranayama.

As you all know, oxygen is the supreme necessity for our bodies and without it we cannot survive perhaps even for a couple of minutes. There is almost unlimited oxygen all around us. But we do not know how to get its benefits fully as we never utilize our full lung capacity. Consequently our body is sort of starved of oxygen. Pranayama is a technique to govern the breathing process. Breathing is normally an unconscious process. Through Pranayama, a person learns to consciously govern the breath to bring harmony into the body, mind and spirit. Regular breathing exercises tremendously increase the capacity to inhale and absorb life-giving oxygen. The capacity of the lungs even during unconscious breathing increases. There are four breathing exercises which are particularly helpful :

1)BHASTRIKA PRANAYAMA : In this you repeatedly breathe in to the full capacity of your lungs and then breathe out completely. Should be done for minm. 2minutes ; maxm is 5 minutes Helps heart, lungs, brain, nervous system, and in migraine, depression, paralysis, etc.

2)KAPALBHATI PRANAYAMA: In this breathing exercise, you exhale completely and with force while pulling in your abdomen. Inhaling is done in a normal manner. Should be repeated 30 times, maxm 10 minutes.    Helps in diabetes, constipation, gastric problems, hepatitis B, obesity, cholesterol, asthma, snoring and even in cancer and AIDS.

3)ANULOMA VILOMA PRANAYAMA: This pranayama is slightly more complicated but the benefits are enormous. (a) Close your right nasal orifice with your thumb and breathe in deeply with your left nose. (b) Now open the right nose, close the left nose with middle and ring fingers, and breathe out completely with your right nose. (c) Next, breathe in deeply with the right nose, close the right nose with your thumb, and breathe out completely with the left nose. Start again with (a), then move onto (b) then (c). Repeat for at least 10 minutes. Helps in heart, high blood pressure, heart blockages, arthritis, migraine, depression, neural system, paralysis, asthma, sinus, allergy, Parkinson’s disease, etc

4)BHRAMARI PRANAYAMA: Here you close your ears with thumbs, keep index fingers on your forehead and rest three fingers should cover both eyes. Breathe in deeply and then breathe out through the nose while making a humming sound like a honey bee. Should be done seven to ten times. Helps in cases of tension, hypertension, high blood pressure, heart, heart blockages, paralysis, migraine pain, etc. Improves concentration and confidence.

Now let us summarise the benefits that accrue if a person does Pranayama every morning (or evening) for a period of 20 to 25 minutes
